Fantastic opportunity to join a Boutique Private Equity business. Based in Dubai you will be responsible for a small yet growing workforce. Your remit will cover staff in UK, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.

 

The business has very high levels of ethics and it looking to develop a diverse workforce. The role will manage not only the internal HR but you may well be involved with projects within the group portfolio.

 

Your remuneration will include private medical, 28 days holiday and a tax free income.

 

Projects will include all the standard HR aspects but some considerable time will be spent on mergers and acquisitions.

 

You will work with local lawyers to support you in your employee relations needs.

 

To be eligible for this role you will need to be CIPD qualified and have experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or other relevant organisations.
